What the study found

Faster, more uniform thawing of bulk drug substance

Placebo bottles from 250 mL to 1 L were thawed with TurboDry™ microwave energy in lab-scale freeze dryer chambers and tracked across the entire bottle surface with LyoVision™ infrared imaging.

Lab-scale results with a placebo formulation, compared with conventional thawing. Full methods, conditions, and data are in the poster.

Send us a sample, frozen or liquid. We run it through RF-assisted thawing or lyophilization and measure how your formulation responds, capturing dielectric properties, speedup, and temperature uniformity data specific to your material.
